¿WHO BENEFITS 25 SEATS PER TERRITORY?
With the final goal of going deeper in how illegitimate is to have a “Lehendakari” (Basque President) named Patxi (engineer) Lopez, I will show you the seats of the will of the Basque People with no distributions between their territories. I am sure that the Mrs. Rosa Diez (leader of the new Spanish Patriot political party called UPyD or Unión, Progreso y Democracia- Union, Progress and Democracy) will completely agree with, since she does not quit from asking a single and unique circumscription for the General Elections of the State of Spain, where she would widely beneficiated.

I don’t want people to think that I want to retroactively change the electoral law, but I want to state clear, specially to Patxi Lopez and CIA, the usurpers of Vitoria (the city where the Basque Parliament and Government are placed), which is the numerology of the will of the Basque People and to state firmly how their electoral calculation in Araba-Alava is an absolute fraud and cheating.

496,591 legal Basquist or Basque Patriotic votes can give against the
482.839 votes of the good Basque people obtained by the State Stroker threesome.
The History of injustice, the Basque People against themselves

This idea not only is non-democratic, but it also allows you to quadruplicate your votes with a simple chance in your place in the census. To get an idea, a seat in Araba-Alava cost 5,000 votes and in Bizkaia-Biscay over 20,000 votes..
It is interesting an article Emilio Guevara wrote in the last day of electoral campaign of the referendum of the Autonomy Treaty of, October 23, (titled as «Alava in front of the Autonomy Treaty»). «We cannot be indifferent », he said. After 140 years of “fruitless violence, a politic solution is opened, an Autonomy Treaty». Araba-Alava can’t sustain alone with her Economic Concert (the name of the economic tool for an independent Tributary Agency recognized by Spain for each of the 4 Basque territories, the only ones having that tool in all the State of Spain), she cannot chose «an option with no exit». Even in the case that some might not share the idea of a Basque nation, it has to be admitted, he said, that the citizens of Alava we are Basque by culture. Therefore, «Alava has no other logical option than to accept the Treaty».
Numbers standing out
I have done an extra effort to show clear the will of the Basque People expressed in the elections and accordingly with the distributions of seat based on D’Hondt Law, with and without the illegalized, putting together the 75 seats under a unique or single circumscription.

The conclusions about the real will of the Basque People and who is and is not legitimated to govern are shown clearly. Lately I think that Mr. Patxi Lopez (engineer) mixes the anxiety to get a seat in Ajuria-Enea, with the will of the People, which is dangerous; Anxiety is the main virtue of an State Stroker.

PNV + EA + ARALAR = 33
PSE + PP + UPyD = 33
I think that I could doubt to whom IU/EB would give their support to become Lehendakari, but I seriously doubt they would to the an Spanish Nationalist (pro-Spanish Patriot) front of UPyD and PP, but I have no doubt to whom EHAK (the main illegalized party) would not let be the Lehendakari, the result would be a Basquist Govern in simple majority.

More Conclusions: the numbers do not come out as wished to Mr. Patxi Lopez (engineer), the man who self-legitimates himself to be Lehendakari; not only he would need to illegalize the politician parties (which would turn out not to be enough) but he will need to use the actual Basque electoral law to get proclaimed as a posible candidate.

PSE + PP + UPyD = 36
The really harmed by the 25 seats distribution, Javier Madrazo (leader of IU/EB on the last elections) will find out girlfriends, but I understand that he will force a treaty with PNV, PSE and IU/EB in the govern and Patxi Lopez out of the game, or a foursome govern made of PNV, ARALR, EA and IU/EB, for sure he would not sit with PP and Rosa Diez (leader of UPyD).
Conclusion
I would like to remember that this page has no other goal than to illegitimate with real facts the try of fraud commented on the page "chronics of a fraud" and that we all have in present which is the real will of the Basque People expressed in the elections.
All facts point out that there are two elements of calculus that are truly relevant in this maneuver orchestrated by PP and PSOE, one the peculiar electoral Basque law and the other one the easiness with which an electoral list can be illegalized. PP and PSOE or PSE, as it can be observed in the links of this website, are experts on taking advantages on electoral laws in Spain and in the Basque Country. Once again the numbers do turn out to the doll controller as he desired, now he only need a doll that can lie a bit about his curriculum vitae and that can maintain the votes flow. This doll is Patxi Lopez that has lost 90,000 votes upon which Mr. Zapatero got in the general election, but he was lucky that the campaign did not last 10 days more or a couple tv debates more ¿where would he have reached?.
