THE CHRONICLE OF A FRAUD

The only propose of this website is to bring into the light what, in the opinion of many people, it is an electoral fraud committed by ZP (abbreviation for Mr. Zapatero, the president of Spain), Patxi Lopez (the representative of the Spanish Socialist Party PSOE, in the Basque Country) and the CIA against democracy, fair game and the intelligence of the men and women of the Basque Country. Not only against the intelligence of the men and women that have given them their vote, but of every single man and woman that was born and raised in the Basque Country.
This website has no Basque nationalist message nor orientation, not even a Basquist one (the movement of liking the Basqueness culturally). The creation of his website has been originated by the fact that our dignity as humans and people or a nation has been betrayed by the pair of Patxi Lopez –Mr Zapatero (leaders of PSOE in the Basque Country and Spain respectively), with the silence of Mr. Mariano Rajoy (the actual leader of the Partido Popular –PP- Party in Spain, legacy of Mr. Aznar, previous president of Spain).
Like any other fraud, it has a beginning and an end. We wrote the ending on March 1 of 2009 and it has been necessary to wait for that date to know how the trick would turn out to the “coup d’état” (or overthrow) makers of Patxi Lopez, Mr. Zapatero and Mr. Rajoy. The trick turned out quite well with
482.839 votes (though one have to review the data to believe it),
2.267 votes less than in the previous elections of 2005, the “Spain and constitution” front (PP, PSOE, UPyD) has obtained
39 seats (PSOE 25, PP 13 and UPyD 1), while in 2005 they only got
33 seats, even if they had 2.267 votes more than now.
It’s interesting to see that the Basquist front (PNV, EA, ARALAR), despite of having had obtained
248 votes more than in the previous elections (496.343 versus 496.591 in 2009), it has only obtained 35 seats against the 39 seats of the “Spain and constitution” threesome.
Calculus and electoral fraud?
Preparing the fraud
It was in Mr. Aznar times (he was the previous President of Spain and previous leader of the Partido Popular –PP- or “Popular Party” political party) that it was forged the idea that was necessary to eliminate some political parties that did not fulfilled the democratic pronouncement of condemning the violence. We agree that violence is not explainable when you can propose ideas even within an unmovable frame of a State like Spain.
The problem arises when the one who has to check out the fulfillment of a law designated to illegalize political parties, on his duty of analyzing whether each person from the list of each political party is acceptable or not, he does a “totum revolutum” and he does not care whether he does not like one person out of the 100 people of the list, or if he suspects on 90 people out of 100. In this way, the point is focused on the individual subject and not the political party. And as some Spanish law makers think, in this way it’s unexplainable that a political party can become illegal, because it should have the option to replace each member that was sanctioned as non-applicable. But on doing so, to Mr. Patxi Lopez the numbers do not turn out as it would be desired.
Analyzing even deeper the matter of the illegalizations, it could be said that for one state (Spain) the action of illegalization means to recognize that through the democratic ways of arrest, control of bank accounts, impound of goods and real-estates, and the stop of bank movements and payments of institutions (such as the ones of the Basque Parliament and Government), the State cannot avoid the democratic action of the citizens to offer a political proposal. This is also a quit usual thought among law makers. But this time again, the counting does not turned out for to Mr. Patxi Lopez.
The best of the preparation of the fraud is how and when those laws are applied. The Law of Political Parties of the state of Spain are dated on June 27 of 2002 and its entry in force is dated for the following day to its announcement in the Official Diary of Spain (BOE = Boletín Oficial del Estado). But it took 7 years to use that law that’s been created and fixed with the only goal to make illegal certain acronyms, in few words it’s a law with names and last names.
How is it possible to take 7 years in applying a law, when they have been more opportunities to enforce it and even there was a chance to enforce it during the legislature process? The answer is quite simple, you can not apply a law and loose elections, their demonstrated obsession on telling that they have won the elections only obeys to the fact that recognizing they’ve have lost them, it would have invalidate the illegalization of political groups.
The ingredients
If you are going to prepare a fraud, you better have two ingredients: ingredient number one, not to have the fraud splash you from nearby, and ingredient number two, to have an individual with enough little honesty to want to win doing tricks and with enough anxiety for power. To achieve the first one is easy because you can always blame on the judges and a judge is someone that sanctions upon the law that a parliament votes, for instance if the law says that 2 + 2 equals 5, for a judge is 5 and that’s it, it’s not his duty to evaluate if it’s wrongly done, that’s the duty of Mr. Zapatero (president of Spain).
Choosing the person was tremendously hard, I guess that Redondo Terreros, the previous leader of the PSE (acronym for PSOE in the Basque Country, PSE= Partido Socialista de Euskadi, Basque Socialist Party) would have loved winning against everything like big men, but by then Francisco Javier (“Patxi” as he likes to be called but it’s not his legal name) showed up, a man that gives everything for his Party, actually he has given his whole live to it, so dedicated to it that he has not even studied anything, he even lied labeling himself as an engineer, curiously like Roldan did (a PSOE man who did the biggest economical Fraud in the 90s), but Bilbao is a small city and you get caught fast, and it’s been proved that he is not an engineer, he only applied for it but he last not even a single school year, even though in the offices of the PSE (PSOE in the Basque Country) they only have to work from 9am till 2pm, he could have studied something.
But Patxi had no time and in his never-ending labor days he was being seen with Barrionuevo and Vera cheering them by the prison’s gate, both sent to jail for stealing money from the reserved State Capital and for high-jacking Segundo Marey through the GAL (GAL , Grupos Antiterroristas de Liberación or Liberation Antiterrorist Groups were the gathering of paramilitary corps that practiced what was called “State Terrorism” or “Dirty War” against ETA and its environment during the 80s. They were created by high state employees of the Ministry of Interior of Spain, during the presidency of The Spanish Worker Socialist Party or PSOE, Partido Socialista Obrero Español, of Mr. Felipe Gonzalez. Though they aimed to fight against ETA, few times they attacked against the pro-independence Basque Patriots and against ecologists. They also commit non-discriminatory actions in which French citizens with no political adscription were killed). Good that Patxi “condemns” the State terrorism inforced by his party colleagues, well to tell the truth I’ve never heard him condemning that kind of violence, maybe in fear that a Judge might make him illegal.
Numerology
There must be someone in the PSOE that brought up the idea of trying to see what it would occur if there were less parties, since he or she got realized the D’Hondt Law benefits them enormously in the case in which the voters of an illegalized list won’t vote (at least not most of them) to the next political party closest in ideology, like if you’ve illegalize IU (United Left of Spain) no all its voters will vote for PSOE.
This person, using Excel sheets and diverse tables and hypothesis, got the perfect equation for obtaining more with less, and this way, with 2,267 votes less, I get 5 seats more. The result is a joke of what is and NOT legal that can change every two years with no need for changing the law, this way in 2005 all were legal, in the municipal elections of 2007 some of them were legal and others not (depending whether the PSE, or PSOE in the Basque Country, would run out of representation or not, in the first case the “black list” was illegalized), in 2009 all were bad. What will occur when Patxi will fancy the seat of the Mayor of the city of Bilbao?
In this elections they’ve been 100,924 null votes, against the 4,035 of 2005 elections, I understand we will all agree that those are the one that would vote to the illegalized and considering this to be the case, I have prepared an Excel table to unmask the Fraud and see how the seats will be filled in if this illegalized votes will have been legal.
This is the table of how things would have been.

The dirty trick is clear, PSE + PP + UPyD, obtain 35 seats, two more than in 2005 and two thousand and some more votes less. It’s obvious how the Fraud was done, the mathematics gives to Mr. Patxi what the people denies him. It’s curious how he feels legitimated when the Basque people feel cheated.
Conclusion
To finish I would like to remind that this website does not pursue other goal than to look after the dignity that as citizens we deserve and to bring into light the horrible manipulation carried out by the threesome “coup d’état” makers, that have presented an absolutely terrible candidate, Patxi Lopez, that even with the following advantages:
- To be part of the machinery of a political party with unlimited money resources
- To have on their side all the Spanish media groups: El País, El Mundo, El Correo (link below)
- To have eliminate one of the Basque Patriot political party to make numbers possible
- To have on the other side the erosion of a political party, EAJ-PNV (Euzko Alderdi Jeltzalea- Partido Nacionalista Vasco or Basque Nationalist Party), and of an Lehendakari (or Basque President) that are in the Government for a too long period
He has only won in the Basque territory of Araba-Alava and with the only difference of 2,000 votes, and he have the nuts to call “Victory” to that.
I really think they’ve pulled our legs, and sincerely it hurts me hear from a person of this level say “I feel legitimated to be Lehendakari”. How can he feel so if the distribution of the 100% of the voters was the following:
- 35.74% did not vote
- Out of the 64.26 % that did vote
- 8.84% has null (the illegalized)
- 52.35% has voted options openly Basquist or Basque Patriots: PNV (34.75%), ARALAR (5.45%), EA(3.31%), ILLEGALIZED (8.84%))
- 43.51% has voted for legal options openly Basquist (or Basque Patriots): PNV (34.75%), ARALAR (5.45%), EA(3.31%)
- 42.32% has voted for pro-Spanish or Spanish Patriot options: PSE (27.69%), PP (12.70%), UPyD(1.93%)
- And 5.33% of the political parties such as IU/EB and BERDEAK (Izquierda Unida- Ezker Batua or United Left and Berdeak or the Greens political party) would rarely give their support to a government of Spanish patriotic front of Rosa Diez (leader of the “UPyD”) and PP (Partido Popular- Popular Party).
- Even out of the legal political parties he has obtained worst results.
- He has won fewer votes than what PP has lost.
It’s obvious and of common sense the idea that the one that alters the rules of the game using laws, have to obtain a clear and firm victory in the elections, he cannot get in the second place, because otherwise not doing so would invalidate his former initial action of altering the rules. Here an example: if in my team of 10 friends I decide that one of them can’t vote or choose where we are going to eat dinner, it would result unbelievable that we would end up going to the place I have chosen if only 3 of the 10 friends would have agreed with that option, and the other 4 would have vote or chosen the option of the friend with no right for voting. But Patxi Lopez does not get this: obsession, cheating, fraud....
Like Basque I feel cheated and frustrated, I believe in democracy and in alternation, but even more in the fair game and in knowing to win and to lose. It’s not easier to offer to society a useful candidate that really thinks in the interests of the Basque Country than it is to put us a puppet with no studies in Ajuria Enea (the Basque “White House” where the president of the Basque Country lives).
With these lines I make a call to the Basque society, man and woman, to take a critical attitude with nowadays situation and to take notes, accordingly to the most basic democratic principles, on this absolute shamelessness and manipulation.
