The goal of this page is to value the real impact that the null vote has obtained in the electoral results of the Basque Country and it proofs how only the existence of this huge amount of null vote can allow to the threesome of “Spain and Spanish Constitution” get 39 seats, which would be impossible if a united and legal vote of the followers of the left Basque Patriotism.

From the presentation of this data many possible conclusions can be extracted, the first one, that “ETA and Batasuna (the political branch of the ETA supporters)”-World does not care whom is in power in the Basque Parliament, or two, that that part of the left Basque Patriots did not calculate the consequences that the null vote of its followers carries .I think that probably it occurred the second thing, since it has not even calculated yet consequences of the use of violence.

The mathematics of 100,924 null votes demonstrate that those votes have set the red carpet to the “PP-PSOE” couple in Ajuria-Enea (The house of the Basque Presidency. The “Basque White house”). I can clearly and with conviction state that the “winner” couple knew and counted, for their calculations, on the existence of this significant amount of null votes, and that even they found out which is the amount of votes passed from Batasuna to Aralar which could have let them away of the play and make their fraud collapse.

If the votes transfer would have occurred and PP-PSOE would not be able to commit their actual Fraud, we all can imagine which the reaction of PP-PSOE would have been, the for long well known sentences:

• ETA has given the votes to the nationalism (term used by Spanish PP and PSOE to call people from the legal Basque Patriot parties…. They do not recognize as themselves as nationalist)
• The nationalism (Basque) Works with and for ETA
• A secret treaty between EAJ-PNV, ARALR and ETA makes impossible for the change to happen in the Basque Country.
• ETA sets the EAJ-PNV in front and in charge of the institutions
• ......

But now that we know and have proofed that 100,000 null votes have given to Mr. Patxi Lopez the welcome to Ajuria-Enea, not dare us to tell that Patxi is Lehendakari thanks to the null vote of ETA, which the “propositional logic” in the discrete mathematics shows us it’s true… I do not want to get complicated with terms that only and engineer like Patxi Lopez would understand..

For the Basque People a model based on intelligence is imposed, the model of any People with little demography and that are within or near by States that are very populated and with an expansive national feeling (expansive nationalism). The only secrete why these Peoples have survived till nowadays is for acting with intelligence and not for the overuse of violence.

IN the Europe of the century II or II before Jesus Christ there probably were over 5,000 Peoples similar to the Basque People, with a language of their own, a culture of their own and a strong feeling of identity. Further more, it’s demonstrable that out of those 5,000 today only 50 o 80 do survive, some have become into States and others are nations with no State, some have united among themselves and others not, but fur sure those who have endured till nowadays have done a bigger use of intelligence than of violence.

Who does use of violence only has one option, to win and wait that the next one who uses violence against him does not bit him up. The Basque People has never been ready for war but for diplomacy, it has not been a warrior people and its existence along the time has depended in a big time on knowing to adapt to the circumstances to be able to keep existing, and not in the use of violence.

Knowing these facts it’s unexplainable to commit violent action. Which is their final goal? Does someone really think that the future of the Basque Country is going to be decided in a battle till death? Does someone really think that Spain is going to give up on, what in the opinion of many and also of mine is, its illegitimate sovereignty upon the Basque territory with over 839 people been killed? Isn’t it more obvious that the final solution would take place through the fitting of the Basque People under the European structure and that its capacity of decision would come into place thanks to a social movement and it’s will and thanks to a strong majority in the Basque and Navarre parliaments that will force a negotiation in Madrid, and that that treaty won’t be able not to be accepted due to the historical rights of the Kingdom of Navarre and the Basque Foral Laws? If these statement are so real, what are they for the ending and the refusing of violence?

The decision of voting for null vote is, in my opinion, totally legitimate and even more in this circumstances in which two electoral lists have been illegalized thanks to a law not voted on referendum in the Basque Country and created exclusively to illegalize them. However, is paradoxical how this legitimacy creates an obstinacy that harms the interests of the legitimated in the profit of whom has created this obstinacy, talking more clear, Patxi Lopez and CIA..

This maneuver needs brilliant minds to execute it, therefore the shade of the fraud is in the top positions of these parties and requires the connivance of both.

Therefore, the smart dirty trick has to be fought with intelligence and this fraud feels down if the other options would have voted pro-Basque options. We can see this in the following table where the null votes have been added to Aralar.

Data tell us the following:

• EAJ-PNV(28) + EA(1) + ARALAR(11) = 40 seats, they gain 5 seats
• PSE-PSOE(23) + PP(10) + UPyD(1) = 34 seats, they lose 5seats
• EB-IU gets 1 seat, which he has now
• EAJ-PNV looses 2
• ARALAR gains 7
• PSE looses 2
• PP looses 3
• PP is taken the biggest profit of the null votes, every 7 null votes PP gets 3 from itself
• PSE-PSOE and EAJ- PNV get on profit 2 seats from each 7 null votes, therefore they compensate one another.

With this data we can certainly say that for each 7 null votes, 2 were given to EAJ-PNV, another 2 to PSE-PSOE and 3 to PP..

To the mathematicians of PP-PSOE the game has turned out to be fantastic, they have forbidden a Basque Patriotic political party and they’ve gotten 5 of every 7 null votes. If this would have not occurred within the Basque People and if they would not put someone like Patxi Lopez as Lehendakari, this trick would have been worthy to be congratulated for.

We have to pretend that Patxi Lopez (leader of PSOE in the Basque Autonomous Community), Mr. ZP (abbreviation used for the actual leader of PSOE and president of Spain used in his campaign for presidency of Spain), Mr. Rajoy (leader of the PP in Spain) and Mr. Basagoiti (leader of PP in the Basque Autonomous Community) knew nothing about all this. This has just fallen down from heaven to them and, without noticing it, they’ve found out that with the sum up of 25+13, so well executed by Mr. Lopez, they could gain more seats even if they’ve lost the elections.

It does not matter in how many ways we analyze the data, we realize that out of the infinite possibilities, the one we’ve lived in March 1 was the only option the calculator’s couple (PP-PSOE) had to be able to enter into Ajuria Ene (the house of the Basque Presidency).
